South Ballajura Primary School completed their training for the One, Two and Three Star levels very quickly |
Food Stars' clients include
supermarkets, hospitals, caterers, wholesalers, abattoirs, dairies, nursing
homes and school canteens. Every business chooses the Food Stars mix that suits it best. Some businesses are 'end users' and just want to develop a program to give peace of mind that staff have basic training and food safety risks are managed. These businesses are not included in the list below. Their programs may be audited against the Food Safety Standards by non-Food Stars auditors such as company representatives or enforcement officers . Other businesses need a third party audit certificate to satisfy their customers that they have a HACCP based food safety program in place. The following businesses have completed the One, Two and Three Star assessments, maintained records for at least six months and been successfully audited by an independent Food Stars auditor to achieve the Food Stars Audit certificate.
